1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the 🇺🇸 United States and 🇨🇦 Canada — no minimum required. 🎉
International orders outside USA and Canada will have shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. How Our Orders Work
All products at The Karigar Creations are custom printed on demand through our fulfillment partner Printify. This means:
- Your order is printed specifically for you after purchase
- We do not hold pre-made inventory
- Each item is made fresh, just for you 🖤
3. Production Time
Before your order ships, it goes through our production process:

- Orders go directly into production upon placement
- Production times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)
4. Shipping Times & Rates
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times and rates are:

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
5. Where We Ship From
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from facilities in the United States via Printify's network of print providers.

We ship worldwide to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at simsavcreations@gmail.com
7. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- We are required by law to declare the full value of your order on customs forms
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information
- If your package appears lost, contact us at simsavcreations@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We will work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue
10. Wrong Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Since orders go directly into production, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made after an order is placed — contact us immediately if you notice an error
