  • All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify depending on the shipping address.
  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen display differences.
  • Sizes are listed in product images (or in descriptions) — please check before ordering.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.
  • You confirm that payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped via Printify within 2–7 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by destination:
    • 🇺🇸 USA: 5–10 business days
    • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
    • 🌍 International: 10–20 business days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Since all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at simsavcreations@gmail.com with photos.
  • We will offer a reprint or full refund at our discretion.
  • We do not refund orders due to sizing issues — please check size guides before ordering.

7. Order Cancellations

  • All orders go directly into production and cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • We are unable to make changes to orders after they have been submitted.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, and content on this site are owned by The Karigar Creations.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without written permission.
  • Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Karigar Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
